Know your Place!

I found these really nice ideas recently.  These resources can  be used to reinforce place value with your students. Below are the pictures showing the ideas.  It looks very helpful and it can be made for individuals students too!




 
These are mini pockets for the individual students. Each place is separated by staples. You can go as far as you like, from ones to millions, of course the lengths would vary.








This is a larger version for whole-class involvement.

Each card has a digit 1-9 and a zero written on the opposite end.
